Every Keepsake Beam is created specifically for you using the photograph and personalization information submitted with your order. Because of the custom nature of our keepsakes, personalized items are handled differently from standard retail products.

Your keepsake will be created using the information submitted with your order. Keepsake Beam is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted personalization after production has begun.
Your Photograph
Please upload the best-quality photograph available. Appropriate photo preparation and background cleanup may be performed when needed to create the best possible keepsake.
Creating a keepsake from a photograph may require adjustments to composition, cropping, background or other image details. The finished keepsake is an artistic transformation of your photograph for the selected product and will not appear exactly like a printed photograph.
Personalized Items
Because personalized keepsakes are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, preference, or an error in information submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization information you submitted, please contact Keepsake Beam as soon as possible after delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Changes
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update your order if production has not begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production is underway.
